RETHINKING YOUR GUEST & SIRLOIN

Rethinking Mutualism, acrylic on canvas, by Eddo Pillu (200x200cm)

Just got back from BAZAAR ART JAKARTA, it's refreshing, amid my tiring all day long verbal communication (face to face, phone, text, twit, etc). Finally I could lock myself in visual communication world. Hundreds artworks exhibited, most of them very talkative, visually, very outspoken, visually, very emotional, grab your attention with ideas, size and color. You could agree or disagree like hell, but you could only keep it to yourself, because it was a one way communication arena. The only thing you could do, if you really just couldn't stand it, was slap your own face, go home and watch fashion tv.

There I found a big buffalo (almost 2 meters wide) sits in a well constructed shed. It sits with its empty feeling, looking at you, questioning you apathetically. We could only curious, like a little white stork beside it. This painting has a nice color and composition, neat finishing, 2x2 meter dimension (don't put it in your dining room, or if you have to, add a beef map on it for observing where Short Rib, T-bone or Sirloin are). It's good for your contemporary desire, or for entertaining your unwanted guest. This work painted by Eddo Pillu, acrylic on canvas, titled Rethinking Mutualism, owned by Vanessa Art Link (vanessaarthouse@yahoo.com).
